Is it Palau Kabob, which is seasoned rice with meat sauce and your choice of chicken or lamb, or is it Chopan Kabob, which is cuts of tender lamb ribs, marinated in special spices. You could always try our Kabul Special, which is a combination of each: chicken, shami and lamb kabob, marinated in special herbs and spices, broiled on a skewer over charcoal.
